Drainage Groundworker
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of Groundworks
- Groundworks for installation of Pump Chambers & Treatment Plants
- Drainage and pipe laying
- Digging footings
- Shuttering
- Foundation work
- Trenches/Drainage
- Externals and finishing’s (slabbing, kerbing, paving)
- Concreting
- Complying with Health and Safety policy and procedures
- General labouring
- Driving company vehicles
- Ensure company property is looked after
- Water experience (EUSR Water Hygiene an advantage)
- Confined Space
- Concrete repairs
Competencies
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to think ahead and give consideration to the job at hand
- Use of power tools
- Understanding/reading drawings
- Self-motivated, keen to learn, conscientious and prepared to work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit for duties around site
- CPCS excavator driver (min excavator works mostly)
- CPCS dumper driver (1 tonne mostly)
- Streetworks qualified
- Must hold a valid full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card
- Experience on groundwork projects
The successful candidates will often to be required to travel and occasionally work away. The work is demanding and will involve early starts and at times weekends.
Job Type – Full time, permanent
Salary – Dependent on experience

Pump Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and servicing of a wide range of pumps, booster sets, pump stations, and control panels
- Resolving and repairing onsite
- Reporting and documenting fixes
- Complying with Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Driving company vehicles
- Ensure company property is looked after
- Water experience (EUSR Water Hygiene an advantage)
- Confined Space
Competencies
- Ability to fault find in a range of demanding environments
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A range of experience on various pump manufacturers
- CSCS Card
- Previous pump installation and servicing experience in a field service role
- Strong mechanical electrical knowledge
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Use of power tools
- Understanding/reading drawings
- Self-motivated, keen to learn, conscientious and prepared to work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual
- Good Customer Service skills
- Physically fit for duties around site
- Must hold a valid full UK driving licence
